This item is included in the limited-edition merchandise collection created in honor of Yorgos Lanthimos's Bugonia. Crafted entirely from reclaimed film silver extracted from the VistaVision 35mm reels of the film itself, the necklace is modeled after a bee prop from the set. The insect was 3D scanned to capture every intricate detail, from the texture of its hairs to the segmented abdomen and curved stinger. The design pays homage to the surreal world of Bugonia, where two conspiracy obsessed young men kidnap the high powered CEO of a major company, convinced she is an alien intent on destroying planet Earth.
